After graduating from Southern Methodist University, he began his career with an MRI outpatient clinic in Dallas, TX. As a Marketing Consultant/Office Manager, he was responsible for tripling daily patient volume and building lasting relationships with local Orthopedic and Rehabilitation groups.
In 2005, Zac joined one of the nation's largest locum tenens recruiting firms, where he was named "Rookie of the Year" for his contribution to his team's growth and development. Later, he helped the firm's Radiology division grow to become the company's largest revenue generator out of its 10 divisions.
Seeking to expand his recruitment skills and knowledge, Zac joined Glenda in 2007, recruiting locally in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In January 2009, he was named “National Production Leader” for the division out of 1100 offices worldwide.
With a desire to get back to his roots in healthcare, Zac joined Pediatric Search Partners. His objective is to help clients meet their goals and to enrich the lives of the candidates he works with each day.
